Friendly helpful employees

Setting up the service appointment and the service itself were good. The communication was not the best. I had to call and/or text multiple times to get information about the problem, how it would be resolved, and how long it would take to get my vehicle back. I was also told I would get a loaner vehicle, but after waiting for two days, I said to forget about it since my vehicle was supposed to be ready the following day. I am still giving four stars for the ease of setting up the appointment, how nice all the employees were, and the quality of the service. My only advice is to provide a loaner vehicle for service lasting more than two days (mine was four) and to provide better communication and progress updates.

The Service Staff always make me feel value and so appreciated! I never think that I am a hindrance to their schedule! The General Manager-Gabe is a fantastic guy and is so welcoming to us. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Radio/display part has been on order from the dealership for 6+ months. Dealership is friendly, but there’s no point in paying for a GM warranty that leaves the vehicle unrepaired for this extended length of time with no ETA on the repair.

Car was completed in a great time. They tried to fix my phone issue, but couldn't figure it out. They took several tries and attempts to fix it.
